In order to protect personal information, the Association implements safeguards in accordance with information security regulations, including proper management of personal information, specifying methods for removing personal information from the premises, and blocking unauthorized third-party access, with the goal of preventing leakage, loss, alteration, destruction, or other such harm to personal information.
In addition, collected personal information will be stored for a set period of time and then deleted at the end of said period.
Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
The Association will not provide personal information to third parties without the consent of the user, except in the cases listed below or when permitted by the Act on the Protection of Personal Information or other applicable laws.
- When it is necessary to protect a person’s life, body, or property and it is difficult to obtain the user’s consent
- When it is particularly necessary for the improvement of public health or the promotion of healthy child development and it is difficult to obtain the user’s consent
- When it is necessary to cooperate with a national government agency, local government, or an individual commissioned by them to carry out duties prescribed by law, and acquiring consent is likely to interfere with said duties.
Also, if the Association provides personal information to a third party in the future, it will do so only after obtaining the user’s consent by clearly notifying them of the information to be provided and the purpose.

When there is a request for disclosure, correction, or suspension of use for personal information, the Association will respond in accordance with designated methods after verifying that the request is being made by the user in question.
